Ritechous!!!!!!!

Looking at this shot spooks me out a bit this was the wave that I all most drowned on at the end of last year. 

I had a really thick buoyancy vest on and thought that would help out if things went bad.

What i didn't realise is you could still get pushed down so far that your ears almost burst and takes you over 40 seconds to resurface

hahahah that god for life jackets.
